Overview
Most projects don't fail on workmanship. They fail on planning, materials, approvals and communication. We plan every job before mobilising, track progress and cost every week, and raise problems early, so you hear about a slip in week four rather than at handover. We manage our own engineering works and can act as your project manager or owner's representative on projects delivered by others.

Questions clients ask
Can you manage my home build while I live abroad?
Yes. We act as your local project manager: site visits, supervision of contractors, photo progress reports and checks before each payment.
Do you only manage your own works?
No. We can supervise projects built by other contractors as your owner's representative.
How do you keep projects on budget?
We set a baseline budget and programme, then track earned value every week, so overruns show up while they can still be fixed.
